WSOP at the ESPN

If you haven’t seen this, it shows my day 7 at this years WSOP. I like Joe Navarro analysis, just remember my neck stretching is happening after my opponents has no more decisions, and I was honestly in pain since I had a feel he had that AQ hand.

Back in Vegas

The trip to Los Angeles and the WPT didn’t work out. I was very surprised with how fast and furious the tournament was played. I might not have adjusted perfectly, but some bad setups and a few bad beats didn’t help either. Next thing up is most likely the EPIC League.

WPT Legends day 1A

My table draw for day 1A didn’t look that bad when I first sat down, the only person that I recognized was Faraz Jaka.  The 2nd hand of the day I unfortunately decided to gamble it up with him when I flopped a flushdraw and gutshot. He wouldn’t fold his top 2 pair and I… [Continue Reading]

Staying a little longer

Triggered by Black Friday, I had been planning to move my family to Denmark after the WSOP was over.  My overall WSOP run though left me with some doubt. Back in 2008 when we moved to Las Vegas, my intentions were to kick up my live poker activities and play a bunch of tournaments and… [Continue Reading]

I wish I had come up with this one.

Every single time I see this one I start to laugh. The poor guy’s reaction is hilarious and when he tries to get back I think he will break his teeth every time

The coming 2 months offer a lot of good tournaments. Next week I’m planning a trip to LA for the WPT Legends of Poker. The tournament has 2 starting days and if you bust day 1a you are allowed reentry into day 1b so the field will most likely become pretty big. They held a… [Continue Reading]

Jetlag sucks!

One thing is to have jetlag yourself, but when your whole family has it as well, it is very difficult to get back in a daily routine.  Today my oldest Theo and I woke up at 4.30 AM, so it’s getting a little better Being on the computer this morning searching around youtube, I saw… [Continue Reading]

Status on the challenge!

I’m still fighting to lose weight, but the last couple of months has been a little up and down. During the WSOP it was really tough to maintain a steady weight loss and even more so during my vacation in Europe with the family this Summer.  My status at the moment is that I have… [Continue Reading]
